1:1 In-Person Coaching
For those looking for hands-on guidance throughout. Suitable for everyone, but recommended to gym newcomers, those working with specific injuries or limitations, those who prefer a highly hands-on approach, and competitors looking to maximize their performance in a 1:1 coaching environment.

Hybrid Coaching
1-3 in-person 1:1 sessions per week, with additional programming provided remotely through TeamBuildr, an app designed for workout delivery and recording progress. A great option for those looking to maximize the benefit of 1:1 coaching, but who are comfortable executing additional programming on their own.

Remote Coaching
For those who feel confident executing a majority of major movement patterns and exercises, but are looking for individualized, tailored guidance towards a specific goal. All workouts delivered through TeamBuildr, with weekly check-ins and support throughout the week via text.

Small Group Training
In-Person coaching in small group setting, with up to 4 clients. Minimum of 2, great option for friends, couples, or groups that want to reach their goals together. We work through your individualized programming in a group setting.

Martial Arts Specific Small Group Training
For competitors from MMA, grappling and striking sports. Develop specific characteristics necessary for individual martial arts—rotational power, unilateral strength, explosiveness, and high levels of conditioning and recovery capacity that will enable you to go the distance.
Minimum of 2, up to 4 athletes per session.
